The framework behind the campus experience
Know It. Share It. Profit.: The 3-Step Branding & Marketing Plan to Turn Your Expertise into Profit introduces The Expert Maker® framework—a practical approach that helps individuals recognize the value of their knowledge, experiences, and unique strengths, then transform them into opportunities. The book equips readers with actionable strategies for building a personal brand, communicating their value with confidence, and creating new career, leadership, and entrepreneurial possibilities. The same proven framework featured in the book serves as the foundation for Roz Miller-Choice’s interactive campus workshops, equipping students with practical tools they can immediately apply to internships, interviews, leadership opportunities, entrepreneurship, and life beyond graduation.

How to Book Roz to speak?
Will Marketing Materials Be Available?
Are your workshops interactive?
Absolutely. My programs are highly interactive. Students don’t just listen—they participate. Through guided discussions and hands-on activities, they discover strengths they may have overlooked, recognize the value of their experiences, and often leave with a new appreciation for the talents of their classmates.
What makes your workshops different from other speakers?.
Rather than simply motivating students, I help them uncover skills, experiences, and strengths they already possess—but may not recognize as valuable. Students leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to internships, interviews, leadership opportunities, entrepreneurship, and their future careers.

What happens during an Expert Maker workshop?
Every workshop begins with students introducing themselves—but not in the typical “name, major, hometown” way. Through a guided discovery process, we uncover the strengths, experiences, and talents students often overlook. As they begin recognizing their own value, something remarkable happens: they also begin recognizing the value in one another. Students frequently leave not only with greater confidence but also with new friendships, potential collaborators, study partners, and a stronger sense of connection to their campus community.
Why should students attend if they haven't figured out what they want to do yet?
They don’t need to have their future figured out—that’s exactly why these workshops are valuable. Students discover that they already possess experiences, skills, and strengths that can help shape future academic, career, leadership, and entrepreneurial opportunities. The workshop helps them recognize possibilities they may never have considered.
